How to Return an Item
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item within 21 days of ship date for a full refund of the purchase price excluding shipping charges. RA # is required for returns. Refund credit will be applied to the card used during the original purchase. Merchandise that has been worn, custom embroidered, used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Merchandise has to be in original packaging and tags still attached to ensure a proper credit. Any returns that we may accept at our discretion that do not meet our return criteria will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Customer is responsible for shipping items back to us with carrier of their choice. All returns should be insured and must be shipped prepaid. Packages shipped freight collect will be rejected.
To request a return authorization number (RA#), please visit us at www.windstan.com and click on "My Account" at the top of the web page. Log in and find your order within your "View Previous Orders." Please select "Order Details." Near the bottom of the page, please select "request a Return Merchandise Authorization." Include in your package original receipt. Please write the RA# on the box and receipt. You may also fill out the RMA form that came with your package. It is on the backside of the invoice. How to Exchange an Item
Exchanges can be made for any current item offered on the website. Windstan will refund the full cost of the returned item if it is in its original packing, as stated above, and the exchange will be processed as a new order. Exchange orders will be assessed with applicable shipping fees.
